Hello there, I’m Cate Ferguson and I live in Australia.
I have been a student of meditation for many years but this has really been an on and off again relationship! Until the past few years when things really shifted for me in my meditation practice. Recently I completed a meditation course and soon I will be a certified meditation teacher.
I am also a Reiki Master and have an interest in all the tools and supportive resources that can help people find their true nature, connect with their inner wisdom, heal their hearts and minds and live a life of true passion and purpose.
My family and I live just outside a rural village in the lower mountains of Victoria and are creating a sustainable, eco-friendly home and property together. We are working with nature to provide us with a home and a healthy lifestyle and for me that includes meditation. I am the Mother of three wonderful sons and proud Grandparent to a lovely Grandson.
